Everything was good

It is I walking proximity to the central train station and you can take bus 337 from the airport to the central train station. The owner is great and very polite and caring person. The room is about 10-12 sq m. Has electrical kettle, couple of glasses and plates. Has adjourned shared kitchen. Several grocery stores 2-10 mins walk

Sound proof... People who live in other rooms have no respect - they could eat 2-4 am, and it is difficult to ignore. So get ear plugs with you.

The host is nice, no problems checking in or out. Easy to solve any issue with Whatsapp. Great value of the property for money. I stayed for two weeks to work from abroad and it was good. The beds had a separable soft part. I like harder beds, so I just took the soft part off, quite convenient.

Those are minor issues that I leave here just for those for whom those particular details may be important. The neighborhood is a bit scary. Possibly the whole city is a bit scary but it was particularly so near the hotel. The toilet and the bathroom are in the same room and share the same floor, so the floor by the toilet is wet after somebody takes a shower.

Very cool place. Affordable, good location, clean & spacious. Highly recommended.
