Enjoyed my stay immensely. Facilities, location and host were all perfect

Staff were great, great location close to all attractions, apartment was clean and neat.

Air-conditioning could be better.

This is the response I sent to Booking.com requesting help on this matter which went unanswered. “I am currently renting this apartment in Monterosso, Italy until June 27, 2025. On our second day at the rental while we were out, the property manager Giovanni? entered our apartment without our knowledge or consent and turned off our air conditioners and fan. Upon returning to our apartment, we realized that the appliances were off. At that point I checked my cellphone and noticed I received two messages from the property. The first stated that someone would be coming over shortly to conduct a “short and quick 5 minute maintenance check” on the air conditioners. The second message stated that someone had entered the apartment and turned off the air conditioners. The message went on the say that the air conditioners should only be used while we, the renters, were in the apartment and had to be turned off while we were out of the apartment. The air conditioner issues is only the minor problem. Entering my rented apartment, the apartment I paid through Booking without my consent or knowledge is the major issue. There was no emergency in the apartment or any problem with the air conditioner. They entered my apartment without my consent. This is a clear violation of my rental rights and your policies. I have saved the messages and screen shot both which he/she used to send on your Booking message platform. This message has also been saved and screenshot. We still have two day before we leave this property, please advise and a sorry will not be sufficient.” I would not stay at this property if you value your privacy.

The location is close to the train station, the beach and the old town.

Although there is an elevator in the building, there are 20 steps to take to get to the building. Be aware if you have a heavy suitcase. Otherwise the location is great.

Power drops out if normal things rerun at the same eg aircon plus kettle

Location was excellent. Well equipped. Beach towels were a bonus.

Comfortable, homey apartment with washing machine and full kitchen. Very close to waterfront and small supermarket. Has peaceful outlook onto gardens. Staff were very helpful with directions and communication on check in day, enabled us to drop bags early to apartment even though it was not quite ready yet which let us get on with our day.

There were about 30 stairs to entrance of the building, but once there you could take the lift to apartment on 4th floor.

Fantastisch Zentrale Lage

Die Auszieh Couch war sehr unbequem und hat gequietscht, wenn man sich umdreht .

Location was superb and we felt secure.

Bedroom & bathroom were a tad small.
