The service from the host. And the faulty A lock on the main door that locked me out the unit Wifi was not working

The place was really clean, smelled nice, they literally have everything and owner was really nice, he was available when we needed to confirm and he also checked up on us to find out if we needed anything💫.

The apartment was clean and neat. The owner/manager communicated and assited with early check-in.

there was a lack of cutlery , utensils (some takeaway spoons like I.e plastic spoons the cleanliness of the flat was not up to stands , which disappointed me WiFi did not work and sleeper couch was most uncomfortable

The was no breakfast, that place is not a hotel. The room J001 is sameone apartment he/she is renting it for people that wants to visit Durban. The hotel is closed since lock down.

We got the place clean but towels where dirty with smell,wifi is limited you can't watch TV late.

I specifically asked accommodation for 4 people, there was one double bed, dirty bed linen, insufficient crockery. No WiFi.
