Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout my stay. It wasn’t mentioned that there are no fresh towels that will be delivered. Combination box didn’t woke when checking in. Waited almost 30 -45min trying to figure out why it didn’t work.

Had 2 wait 2 hours for the apartment to get cleaned. Only checked in at 4pm. Bedding was dirty. Bedding g had coffee stains. Cutlery was sticky. Kitchen plug points don't work

Location

We booked for 4 but only one towel was provided and 1 toilet roll for 2 nights. Couch is too fancy for a slepper couch ;legs can brake for heavy duty.luckly with me it was young teenagers .

My experience at this apartment in Umhlanga was neutral. Its central location and secure environment were positives, but overall, I didn't find it as enjoyable as I had hoped.

The apartment had its downsides. The slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, limited connectivity, small TV and couch, lack of natural light due to its positioning within the block, and average linen were some disappointments. Additionally, the strong bleach smell upon entry and the used soap in the shower felt odd. Given the price, I believe I could have found better accommodations in Umhlanga, though my stay was prompted by an urgent need.

There was no WiFi available, the dishwasher was diluted, the comforter was stained and we sent a message and was not attended to. There is no reception for information which is not great

I liked that it was cozy and it looked exactly like in the pictures

I didn't like anything about this apartment, except for the gym in the building.

I didn't like the dirty bathroom/shower, the bedding colors, the dirty rug/mat and not having any internet connection and plug points to charge phones. The apartment is practically located in the parking lot, it looks like a room that was made to accomodate security personnel between shifts or to store cleaning equipment. It's small, dark and uncomfortable.
