Great location lovely house easy to find! Spacious and warm

Lack attention to detail kitchen side we’re not cleaned and no hook for shower head I bathroom Beds were clean but not the best.

Gute Lage, ca. 25 min zu Fuß bis Stadtmitte. Wenn man gut Einparken kann und Schlank ist 😎 passen 2 Autos (große) auf das Grundstück.

Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein. Das ganze Ferienhaus könnte eine ordentliche Grundreinigung Vertragen.

Maison proche du centre ville, à 5mn à pied d'un Tesco Superstore, et à 10mn à pied du tramway, l'emplacement est parfait. Une petite voiture peut être garée dans la cour devant la maison, c'est très pratique pour nous qui avions loué une voiture à Waverley. Il y a un parc pas loin, le long de la rivière. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons aussi profité de la petite terrasse à l'arrière sous le soleil.

L'espace repas est un peu serré (et nous n'étions que 4, à 5 ce doit être difficile). Il manquait de gants pour le four, peut-être quelques verres en plus et de quoi égoutter le riz ou les pâtes et ça aurait été parfait.

La cucina ben attrezzata anche se non siamo riusciti a far funzionare l’ asciugatrice.

Le pulizie lasciano davvero a desiderare. Gli armadi sporchi, senza crucce, i bidoni esterni pieni di spazzatura e insetti. Il lavandino del wc perennemente otturato, al punto che è presente L attrezzatura per stasarlo. Il tavolo per mangiare con gli sgabelli molto piccolo e scomodo. Peccato. La struttura con una pó di manutenzione e qualche accorgimento avrebbe grandi potenzialità. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Attenzione. Le camere sono al piano 1 con ripida scala.

Casetta tipica scozzese, soggiorno cucina al piano terra e camere/bagno al piano superiore, con entrata privata e giardinetto sul retro Ottima posizione a 200 m dall’arteria Leith walk (servizio tram diretto dall’aeroporto al porto di new haven passando per il centro) Centro raggiungibile a piedi in mezzoretta o con il bus a pochi passi. Zona tranquillissima, appartamento completo di lavatrice/lavastoviglie, kettle, tostapane e tutti gli elettrodomestici del caso. Grande disponibilità dell’host e ottime pulizie visto lo stato dell’appartamento lasciato dai precedenti inquilini (che non hanno rispettato il check out). Ottimo che al piano terra non ci sia la moquette.

Vorrei solo segnalare Qualche perdita nel bagno che si allaga facilmente e che si nota dal soffitto della cucina

Great location and Chris (the owner)was a great communicator! He responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Enjoyed walking to get coffee and walking to all attractions!

The smell was a little overwhelming and I think for the price the house could have had a little updating with furniture and decor!

Amazing and a well equipped house! I stayed here with my family (5 members) and there was more than enough space for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities needed for dish and laundry cleaning. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and pretty spacious as well! I enjoyed the fact that we had the whole house to ourselves during our stay there, it was very comfortable and I would recommend.
