Decisamente accogliente, apprezzabile l'ampio spazio esterno con giardino fruibile; non pare di essere in centro a una grande città. Parcheggio sicuro. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Sporcizia, muffa e ruggine ovunque, le foto sono fuorvianti forse risalgono ad almeno 10 anni fa visto che la casa è praticamente inagibile, idem per il giardino.
