The place was decorated beautifully! We loved the functionality, space, and quality of all appliances and furniture. Beautiful shared garden/courtyard. Felt like a very safe place to stay in. Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to lively friendly area.

Very nice old style flat almost in the centre in a beautiful garden full of citrus trees. There is anything you need, nice kitchen, big bathroom, a lot of old design accessories and decorations. Easy check-in / check-out via the key box.

Needs better ventilation. A bit strange way of payment the city tax. We should have put money in the box (just only 6 EUR) , make and send a video...

Very good way of check-in. Everything was smooth and easy. Good communication with the hosts. The furnishing was quite awesome - traditional sicilian and the garden was beautiful. Ideal for bbq in the summer evenings.

Nothing, this place is horrible

Location is horrible. Once you finally make it there, the apt is scary as hell. Looks like they put walls and a roof on top of a patio and decorated it with indoor furniture and dim malfunctioning lighting. The place has a horrible smell as well. There's random cats and dogs right outside and I bet there's rodents inside. Very complicated to enter from the street. The host is NOT accommodating. We left immediately after opening the door. The host agreed to cancel but refuses to refund. Only agreed to refund 1/3 so far. I am disappointed in Booking.com for even listing such a place and then for their site for erroring when I would try to cancel and for customer service taking so long to respond. These places need to be verified by Booking.com before they are listed.

Perfect host and he was very helpful and friendly

A very beautiful apartment, in an old Italian style, it’s clear that the owner tried. Large apartment, large bathroom, very large and beautiful terrace.We didn’t meet with the owner, he wrote down all the information and PIN code, and the keys were easily found. I recommend this apartment.

I advise the owner to change the bed linen, it smells very bad and there are a lot of stains. But the towels are good and don't have a bad smell.

Our overall experience was very bad. I had to call Booking.com's customer service multiple times to get the host to actually communicate with us through Booking.com, as he insisted on using WhatsApp (and nothing else, he didn't even answer the phone). The listing says "wifi available in some rooms", but turned out there isn't actually any wifi available at the property. The apartment isn't actually located at the given address, it's about a five minute walk from there through various alleyways. The apartment didn't seem to have been cleaned at all, there was dust all over the place (on the floor, as well as on the furnitures). Furthermore, even the dishes provided were dirty. Trash bags for the bins weren't available either. The bar stools located in the kitchen were broken to a point where they could've collapsed at any moment under the weight of a normal person (thankfully they didn't while we were there, although I'm still not convinced this wasn't just pure luck).
