Everything except the morning coffee

Morning coffee. Too strong had to go down the road every morning to get something I could drink. Then come back for breakfast.

This hotel was honestly a huge disappointment. It’s extremely old, dusty, and badly in need of updates. My allergies were triggered the entire stay because of how dusty the room was. The photos online are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. We had to change rooms because the first one had an awful smell, like an old grandparents’ room mixed with lingering odors from previous guests. The only solution offered was moving us to another room that had clearly just been sprayed with some kind of deodorizer, which didn’t fix the issue, just covered it up. The shower setup is terrible. It’s a slippery bathtub with a loose bathtub shower head, so the water pressure moves it around and sprays water everywhere. No matter how careful we were, the bathroom floor ended up flooded every time, creating a safety hazard. Clogged sinks every single day We found cockroaches — one on my makeup bag and another on the bed. Completely unacceptable. Breakfast was poor overall, except for the egg station. The room appliances felt cheap and outdated, and there were no outlets next to the bed, only by the TV, which makes no sense. I don’t blame the staff, but a lot needs to be done. It honestly blows my mind that this place charges what it does when the Ibis across the street is much better for way less money. This hotel is extremely overpriced for how outdated, dirty, and uncomfortable it is. I would not stay here again.

Personal, Lage

Veraltete Zimmer und Ausstattung. Z.B. Vorhang hatte einen Riss, Gardienenstangen und Lampen waren verstaubt, Staubfäden an den Ecken des Zimmers, Badezimmerfugen verschimmelt, WC Deckel locker. Zimmer nicht gedämmt, Pub Street hört man bis 3 Uhr morgens. Frühstück etwas wenig von der Menge, aber Auswahl wsr ok.

Estaba super céntrico. La decoración es hermosa. Se nota que el hoteles es viejo, pero está bien conservado

Almost everything! The hotel itself is a museum inside, so beautiful and well kept!! The room was big, clean and nice with a very comfortable bed. The service is really good, polite and always with a big smile. The location is also very good near all the markets and by the river.

Everything was really nice until we did the check out and were accused of stealing a pair of sleepers. And actually that happened while I was writing an opinion about the hotel saying how wonderful everything was so that made me feel a bit bad! Despite this misunderstanding, although not great, the rest was very good.

Bardzo twarde poduszki. Hotel jest w bardzo fajnym stylu ale wymaga remontu.

Per il mio soggiorno a Siem Reap ho scelto un hotel fantastico ! sono felicissima del mio soggiorno ! grazie per la magnifica stanza ! Ho adorato tutti i dettagli di legno . ogni angolo dell'hotel é dedicato al famoso Tempio Angkor Wat . bellissima tutta la Hall ❤️ assolutamente eccezionale il personale ❤️ sempre gentile e sorridente . la sala della colazione molto grande e spaziosa. eccezionale la piscinar dove c'è anche il cocktail bar . ho approfittato della palestra per un po di allenamento . l'hotel si trova in pieno centro storico. È facilissimo uscire a piedi e raggiungere ristoranti , negozi e divertimento. grazie per questo bellissimo soggiorno !

Purtroppo essendo in pieno centro la notte la musica è molto forte 🫠
