l'albergo ha come punti di forza un romantico laghetto con le ninfee e i bungalow con patio attorno alla piscina, immersi nel verde e molto carni e confortevoli. ottima la spa dove godersi un massaggio rilassante.

la cattiva gestione della impressionante quantità di persone che arriva fin dal mattino presto per farsi le foto al laghetto e che invade tutta la zona dedicata al ristorante, e la totale mancanza di un trattamento preferenziale per i clienti dell'albergo. la piscina non è stata assolutamente gestita bene: è mancato completamente il servizio bar, il riassetto quotidiano dei lettini bordo piscina e delle foglie cadute in acqua.

I will say the highlight of my trip was the photography session in the pond area and Warn at the front desk. Warn made my whole experience so joyful, from check in she was helpful, informative and so patient…. First impressions are indeed lasting. She coordinated everything down to my departure taxi and once again I say thank you!!!

Breakfast could have had a wider variety and 6am - 9am doesn’t always fit into late morning but I do understand that because of the hotel’s cafe highlight it can’t be later.

المنظر جداً ساحر وجميل وحلو ان الواحد يمتع نظره بمنظر البركه و اشجار اللوتس مع اضائة الشمس طاقه حلوه جداً و تحسسك بالاستجمام

تعامل الموضفه في الاستقبال جداً ماعجبني وكرهتني في المكان واخرتنا في الدخول علماً بان جينا متاخر وقت الدخول المفترض اعتقد 3 العصر واحنا وصلنا الساعه 8 من رحله جزيره متعبه و اخرتنا اكثر لان ماعرفت ان عددنا 3 ونحتاج سرير اضافي دورة المياه مافيه خصوصيه لان بابه زجاجي وغير مريح للعوائل

لاجواء والطعام والمكان مريح للنفس والاسترخاء

اعتقد لايوجد كل شي مرتب على اكمل وجه
