Nuy was very nice and helpful especially in regards to my wife. She always smiled and went out of her way make our experience at the hotel cafe truly memorable.

Good value for money and it looks pretty. The cafe has amazing food!

Lack of assistance and efficiency from the staff. They operate the facility like it’s a motel - the hours operating are also very inconvenient and language is generally a bearer. I travelled all the way and wasn’t able to book a photoshoot because of poor communication from the photographer/staff- really left unhappy

Our stay at this hotel in Phuket was extremely disappointing. The staff’s behavior was rude and arrogant, and the lady at the reception could not understand English, which made communication very difficult. When I approached the hotel manager for help, her response was careless — she simply said, “Here everything is like this.” They were not willing to understand what we needed or to offer any support. I was traveling with my pregnant wife, and their unprofessional attitude completely ruined our day. This was by far the worst hotel experience during our 12-day trip. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for international travelers looking for good service and hospitality.

The room was large and very clean, the staff were so nice and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

The noise from guests staying in rooms next door, doors slamming, tv on really loud early hours and screaming
