Exceptional stay! The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within short distance to the lake, restaurants, there’s big parking lot. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stay in Como

Great location right behind the Duomo and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Spacious apartment with a separate room plus the sleeper couch in the lounge...both very comfy and spacious. Modern bathroom.

Not really a problem...but 3rd floor apartment can only be reached by stairs so if aged or immobile, not ideal.

The apartment itself is nice. It has the convenience of being well located.

The host Nick was not at the property to open the gate or hand us the keys. We kept calling and after a good 15 minutes he called us back. The keys were left in a location and we were expected to let ourselves into the apartment which is on the 2nd floor but should be counted as the 3rd due to the number of steep steps to get to it. Normally a host would be there to help a little and introduce us to the functioning of the apartment. On the first night itself it rained and the roof leaked, there were mosquitoes and spiders and cobwebs in the apartment. We wrote a message to the host regarding this but he was pretty much unconcerned. He did not have the courtesy to answer or return our calls. We decided to leave a day early and just cut our losses. I accept that things can go wrong but it is highly irresponsible for the host to not answer your call and make amends. We have never had an experience like this and this is my first negative review. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone - not because it’s a bad apartment but because the host is!
