Lovely apartment, modern, very well equipped. Convenient adjacent parking. Adjacent to the promenade and the old city. Parents and 2 children had a great time. Thank you Nic for the warm hospitality

Everything! the apartment is just amazing and central with a safe parking place. Nic was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. the bathroom is really great and modern. The apartment is just a few meters away from the cathedral and the centre.

We had a very warm welcome! We arrived after lunch time and had to eat. Our host booked for us at a very good restaurant, we feeled immediately save and at home. It isn’t easy to find your way to the good places in an unknown city but we received a little list that was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We tought it was a bit out of the center of Como when we booked, but it’s actually really close and at the same time peaceful because it’s away from the busy streets. The perfect stay! Don’t hesitate :)

Absolutely everything!!!!. Firstly Nic our host was such a wonderfully warm and helpful guy. Gave us thorough and clear instructions on how to find and access the apartment prior to arrival. Very responsive if you need anything. The apartment itself is in a great location. Quiet area and only 3 minute walk to lake and restaurants. Loved that this wonderfully spacious and modern apartment was within an old converted convent. Very cool!!! The apartment itself has everything you need for a very comfortable stay( we had 5 nights). Bed and pillows were super comfy!! Air con was a blessing as it was quite hot. Bathroom was spacious with a really great shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook with if you wish. Definitely the nicest and most comfortable stay we’ve had in our month in Italy. Grazie Nic!!

Everything! the app is just amazing and so comfortable, quite, well made, clean, fully equipped,… and central and with a safe parking place ! I would have stayed longer if I had known what was expecting us. And Nic was very Yan’s gave us all the informations we needed. the kids slept on the sofa but it’s very easy to open and close and it is not in the way at all. the bathroom is really great and all is modern, the balcony is small but very cute. and it is just few meters away from the cathedral. 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

Property was close to the lake. The host greeted us and accepted our last minute booking. We had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend
