*PRIVATE* Studio 5 minutes from LGA/ US Open

It was comfortable and the host was very understanding and reasonable, also respectful. If anything id say I would have been the only problem.

The front door code takes 4 entries to work. The apartment was locked and we had to wait for a lady to come down with a key. The apartment was dirty. The floors made our feet black. The kitchen cupboard had an inch of dust in them. The fridge had someone's old food. The microwave was on top of fridge unplugged. If you wanted to use it you'd have to move it to a lower surface to plug in. Plates had chips in the glass. Only 2 towels provided. When requesting more towels the manager blamed us for being out until 11pm so that's why we didn't receive more. Thursday evening the main lights above the bed would not stay on. The AC unit was weak. It was 93 degrees that evening and the temperature in the apartment was unbearable. There are no outlets by the bed. There is one extension cord on the opposite side of room. If my wife had not had her own power strip we would not have been able to plug any of our devices in. The place sucks overall. My wife and I left Thursday night and had to spend $600 to book a motel for the remainder of our trip. The manager refused to work with me when I requested just a partial refund. They are completely unreasonable and should not be renting a space that is basically not habitable.

Nothing in particular

Bedsheets, specifically pillows, were very dirty. The fridge had some opened food. The towels smelled bad. And the main thing for me, a person who fears insects were some insects that were there, i even stepped on one because I got scared. They gave me a spray against them but they came back again 2 days later. Horrible stay, tried to cancel multiple times but they ignored my requests
