Odyseia Apts ΙI at the Center of the City & Old Town

Dit is een mooi en groot appartement, erg netjes en schoon. Goede kwaliteit spullen, grote handdieken, prima badkamer met heerlijke douche. Veel ruimte.

Excellent Location

The only positive thing is the central location in the immediate vicinity of the old city center.

Otherwise the towels were not changed all week. When we arrived the cleaning had only been done on the surface...in the closets there was dust as much as it could take, as well as on the floor (if you walked barefoot your feet were dirty after 10 minutes).

Beliggenheten er er topp. Leiligheten er veldig bra og har det meste man trenger for en uke. Stort pluss for vaskemaskin.(men kun gresk instruksjoner) Stille og rolig område, ikke noe trafikk støy. God plass til 5 personer.

Det var dårlig merket så vi visste ikke helt hvor vi skulle gå ved ankomst. Endel trapper så upraktisk med baggasje. Leiligheten er i en boligblokk. Veldig liten veranda. Vi hadde ingen rengjøring på en ukes opphold, altså heller ingen rene håndklær eller sengetøy. Vi måtte også kaste søppel selv men måtte lete etter søppelkasse i området rundt for å få kastet det. Enkle stikkontakter ved sengene, må velge mellom lys eller lading. Dusjforheng trengs å byttes ut. Savnet noen knagger til å kunne henge fra seg klær/håndklær. Nærmeste strand er kun for å ta et bad, ikke mulighet for å ligge å sole seg.

Top lokatie. Appartement is ruim enoeg.

Badkamer was niet goed schoon. Tweepersoonsbed had een slecht matras. Bank in woonkamer zag er ook niet helemaal fris uit.

Posizione

Mancanza di utensili per la cucina (scolapasta, mestoli, canovaccio ecc.), mancanza di luce nella stanza da letto, problemi al televisore, mosche morte nelle scale.

Κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, άνετο μέσα.

Θα μπορούσε σαν κατάλυμμα να ήταν άψογο! Κατασκευαστικά μέσα και το μπαλκονακι έξω, όχι τόσο καλά ανακαινισμένα. Για τα λεφτά του δεν άξιζε και τόσο. Αρκετές ατέλειες κτηριακά αλλά και στη κουζίνα. Ψυγείο δεν λειτουργεί η κατάψυξη και ο φούρνος της κουζίνας προβληματικός! Ας τα λάβει υπόψιν ο ιδιοκτήτης και ας είναι αφορμή αυτό το σχόλιο να το κάνει το διαμέρισμα καλύτερο.

Piso espacioso y limpio, con muy buena ubicación.

The appartement is in excellent location, walking distance from center and port, yet in a calm street. The 2 bedrooms and living room were spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. It was generally ok for a budget rental, as long as you know what you're getting and not expecting much comfort. We managed to find street parking (it was holiday weekend).

- they forgot the baby bed. Then gave us a broken baby bed. Then fixed it temporarily with a wooden stick. And the baby mattress was old and uncomfortable. They should really just invest in an inexpensive foldable babybed for families, or say they can't provide one. - apartment is quite old, especially equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Everything was kind of working but nothing works perfectly. Definitely feels like a low-budget place that could use extra investment. - cleaningness was so-so: it was cleaned some time before but since then lots of dust gathered (we came in April). - beds are not terrible but not great.
