Location & facilities & comfortable & service

Great space with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living area, perfect for the family. Also a great location, with a 7Eleven within 1min and Groyu 4mins drive. Bonus: the ramen shop connected to the accommodation has fantastic food!

No storage space as the bedrooms only fit the bed

Staff was very responsive. Location is fairly convenient but not central.

Better but still not enough space to hang clothes

The room was nice and very clean.

The spa was not working or available to use and the local buses are unreliable and don’t come often.

This was the perfect place to stay with very heavy snow all around the town. It is conveniently located close to Hakuba Goryu ski field and isn’t too far from town in a taxi. The interior is very comfortable and it was nice to have both a dining table and lounge. The staff were very friendly and the ramen next door was one of our favourite parts of our trip to Hakuba

Unfortunately with the heaviest snow in decades, the spa was out of action which was disappointing since we booked the property because it had one, and we had been really looking forward to using it. The wifi also stopped working halfway through our stay, but it seemed to be a widespread issue in the area with the heavy snowfall

The flat was well renovated. Comfortable bed.

The delayed of response from the owners. There is no one on site and it took hours until we got a reply and there is no where to go other than the Ramen place next door which was in the middle of the lunch rush so we couldn’t stay there for very long so were out in the snow waiting for 1.5 hours waiting to hear back from them to gain early access.

This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. Needless to say the room is comfortable; warm, clean and enought space and amenities to stay luxury. The facility is the best to stay relaxed and enjoy the magnificent nature.
