Great location and set up, very clean.

Could definitely do with a bit more luggage storage and towel racks. Otherwise it’s wonderful.

Great concept, very clean and modern. Tastefully decorated. Very convenient location with train and bus stops close by. Easy to access the ski resort . The outdoor hot bath was amazing!

There is nothing we didn’t like, but few suggestions: in the absence of a cupboard, hooks on doors would be good to hang towels and coats/ jackets. A folding clothes rack would be great, especially in winter for all the damp clothing that need to dry after skiing. Kitchen utensils were minimal ; there were no regular knives, just a large bread knife. A toaster would have been great.

The room was private and you had your own container. Shower is quite roomy and water pressure and heat were both good.

Cleanliness - We spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up I could see the tissue came up black. - On the shower mat we'd see spots of black dirt all over the mat from stepping on it. - There was a visible piece of food left on the only table in the room. I sanitised it as best as I could and the tissue also came up black. - I'm particular about toilet hygiene and the only towel hanger in the shower is on the floor, right next to the toilet. The thought of all the fecal matter that collects there disgusts me. More clean towels are also placed on the floor, on an open basket in the toilet. Space - As many others pointed out, no space for hanging clothes except for two hooks which don't even work well. Winter coats are bulky and they kept sliding off the hangers. - No space on the floor either to open the suitcase, we had to take turns taking out clothes and making sure things were packed away. - It was advertised as having a warehouse for ski gear storage but in reality the warehouse is a tiny shed that had a broken lock and you're not recommended to leave your gear in the room. So you'd have to leave it outside in the open. Others - It's advertised as having a hot tub but only two of the three rooms gets it. - It's not very soundproof, you'll hear everyone moving around the deck and in the next room.

It was very spacious and clean and all the decor and details were beautiful. I loved that it wasn’t crowded and had my own entrance. Felt like my own little apartment. Very comfortably fit my family of 4. Parking on site. Close to Goryu slopes.

Don’t have anything negative to say. Maybe just to have snowboard storage and more wall plugs close to tables to charge all our phones and tablets. Also wish there were wall hooks to hang our wet towels.

Cleanliness was impeccable and was very spacious for us to have our own space. The owner Takahashi-san was also very caring and helpful throughout our entire stay. Truly grateful!

There’s nothing we don’t like, everything was great. a little sad that the snow stopped us from using the tub on the roof but that’s non-controllable
