"Dated and no air-conditioning"

Genuinely fab location in terms of getting to all Chester offers

This is a tired hotel, no air-conditioning and a fan that was covered in dust and so noisy it was useless on a night, no fan in the bathroom, dusty room and manky brown seat covers in the dining room very mediocre and dated.

Brilliant location and very good gym and pool facilities. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Rooms were quite basic but had everything needed. Windows don't open much so in summer it can get quite hot

The location was excellent and it was exceptionally clean

The "complimentary" breakfast had limited choice and was same every day. Room was noisy if you opened the windows
