"Great townhouse for a short stay in Christchurch"

Fresh new townhouse. Small but with all mod cons one needs for a short stay in Christchurch.

The previous guests generated lots of rubbish, meaning the bins right at the property entry were full (or overflowing) when we arrived, which wasn't a great experience. Street parking means you might not find a spot nearby during busy times. Not much to do or see within walking distance, you'll need a car.

"A bit rainy in Christchurch, but really enjoyed the stay"

30 minute walk from City center, plenty of places to eat within a few blocks. Great apartment, my daughter got her own room, great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer
