Urban Locale

The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated. The equipment and furniture are of high quality. The shower is very good. The small garden is a little extra, I love it. Kate is very helpful and available, ready to help us whatever the time ;)) Quiet area and close to the Merivale shopping center. We really enjoyed our holidays there

The microwave ... sorry, I didn't understand how it works, it's a mystery to me! Improvement point : maybe an international electrical outlet ?

the size of the bath rooms , the kitchen facilities . indeed shops and stuff was nearby .

there was a washing macine but no washing poweder . I have called the lady and she told me that they donot provide it. I think that once she provided soap for bathroom and special cleaning for dishwasher then it is not good to be cheep and not providing this washing powder if thereis a washing machine !! this item costs 6.5 dollar , so for The price that we are paying for this place the owner should have provide it .

Parking was difficult.

Location is ideal! Close to central Merivale and the supermarket. And a easy stroll into the central city. Quiet, private property and very clean and tidy. Ideal property for when you have extended stay. Would happily stay again! And hope to on future trips.

Just be mindful about the parking detials. Parking is stated, but it is ONLY street parking. And even though it's in a suburb setting, it is hit and miss. We had to park two blocks away on occasion due to no immediate parking, due to day workers parking in the area and those attending nearby restaurants on weekends.
