Property is a good accessible location. If you have a car, it’s slightly tough to spot a parking

There was a mushroom growing in my bathroom sink, which got cleaned later. The breakfast could be better

Value for Money . Good Maintenance with excellent amenities. Situated in prime area of Gachibowli.

Staff should be little active in receiving the requests from the customers. There is some laziness .

Breakfast was terrible, horrible service..food was stale, the restaurant was not clean, and had major hygiene issues

Wifi connectivity was poor; the only reason to book the property was, it had a location advantage. However, in such a busy street and the posh locality of Hyderabad, the wifi not working was not digestible. Additionally, the TV was not working either.

Amazing quality food. They make sure your stay is comfortable. Extremely Polite and responsive staff.

Comfortable space

The staff didn’t inform us about the food availability timings and there was no internet for a while. Akhil who was at the front desk firstly didn’t inform us about the timings of the restaurant and then explained that his staff is new and don’t know how to follow the instructions and so they won’t give us food after accepting the order within 5 min after their closing times. If not food we asked for some like and ice which he promised to send but didn’t. Instead he sent us the food as we complained that he’s not willing to responsibility of not informing us about the facilities. Just wish the staff was more hospitable.
