Hotel location and value for Money

I arrived around 11.30 am for check in, The reception person told us that the room is available but you need to pay as you came early. I have not seen such a requirement from a hotel to charge the money. When I have requested to talk to manager bit reception person simply avoided this request. Also during breakfast was not ready at 7.30 am

It was an awefull experience.

Cleanliness. Beds were very flexible Bathroom also nice. They provide all toilettories.

When they housekeeper comes to clean the room. They always forget to keep cleaned towel. If the room is twin sharing they give you one towel but when you call reception then they send other one. Here they are lacking.

Location

Room service - there was no towel in washroom and it will take 1 hr to recieve anything if we call reception. So if anybody wants anything should call the receptionist a day earlier.
