Clean, good location friendly staff

The hotel did not accept international cards or let me pay through booking.com something not made clear before my arrival. I've never had an issue with paying with my foreign exchange card previously as all hotels have accepted it before. I had to pay with cash which they had no change for on the day so had to wait 24 hours

The location was good and the staff was very friendly.

I had asked them for cleaning when I went out but found the room wasn’t cleaned. I stayed for 4 nights the room wasn’t cleaned even once.

I left behind my new pair of shoes, followed up immediately same day however staff kept telling that they will check and get back but they never responded or replying to mu wats app message.
