Smell in rooms of smoking. Broken batrooms

Excellent service and staff was helpful too, enough space for a family and the provide extra bedding without any extra charges. Due to some external work there was some noise which wasn’t good but apart from that everything was excellent

Location is excellent

Google maps location needs to be updated with exact location. Right now it takes you to the adjacent hospital entrance.

Room was spacious. Staff courteous

Ira cafe. The food was not good. Also, slow service. The breakfast was suposed to be ready by 7.30am. No one was there and they slowly started serving st 7.45. We had to leave early in the morning and got late

There was no towel in the room and despite calls they did not provide. I asked them for a proper bill during check out and they said that the printer is not working. As u had to claim it at my office I needed a proper bill with stamp, I waited for half an hour for same and still they did not provide. Later they said that they will send it via post to my home address in 2 days but it’s a week now and they did not. The number the manager gave to follow up does not exist. Is this the way the hospitality works. I made the payment on check-in itself and they did not provide me with the bill.
