Líbila se mi centrální poloha ve středu města, které ale má svá specifika. Pokoj byl dost velký a každý den bylo ustláno a vyměněné ručníky.

Nelíbil se mi check-out v 10 ráno a pozdější za nesmyslný příplatek.

A staff member opened my room door in the middle of the night while I was inside. This is a serious safety and privacy breach. The hotel apologised but downplayed it, saying nothing was stolen and offering only a complimentary breakfast. That response alone would make me not stay here again.

Great for evening events in town. Staff very helpful.

Safe instructions in the room need to be model specific. Ours were not applicable therefore needed help.

The place looks just as it does in the pictures. It’s clean and the colors are vibrant and modern. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and a variety to choose from. Great value for money

House keeping needs to do better with bathroom care.

I was on the 7th floor and the view of Table mountain was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent They also organized a generous picnic breakfast for me for an early start before 7.00am As a relatively small hotel it did not operate a restaurant in the evenings, but there was an excellent Italian restaurant literally next door.
