Great host, very responsive and easy to reach via WhatsApp. ​The apartment was nice and clean. The location is excellent, it’s walkable to both the Old Town center and the train station. A good grocery store (PAM) is right nearby. ​Highly recommend this place.

​A few things to note: the bathroom, mainly the shower stall, is very cramped, which was challenging for me as a tall person. Also, on our first day, the city shut off the water the entire afternoon due to nearby tram work. It caused a brief panic, but it was resolved by the evening.

Very clean and modern. Just right for a couple. Quiet but near the old town. Good restaurants and cafes very close. Also a good supermarket across the road. Our host was so attentive and caring and excellent with any communication and recommendations. Also we appreciated the little extras provided for the stay and the cleaning of the room as we were staying 6 nights. Thank you for a lovely visit to Bologna

Alessandra met us at the apartment to show us in. She was very helpful with recommendations and answering any questions we had. We also enjoyed the breakfast recommendation that Alessandra gave us - Mister Coffee which was located around the corner from the apartment. She checked in with us several times during our stay to see if we were in need of anything.

The living room sofa is not comfortable. But we didn't spend much time in the apartment other than for sleeping and readying ourselves for the day, so it didn't bother us much. No real complaints.
