Alessandra hat uns sehr freundlich und empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Bei einem nächsten Bologna Besuch würde wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Die Wohnungstüre ist sehr sicher, sodass man sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl fühlt.

Alles war bestens.

Un apartamento excelente, muy limpio y cuidado, con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. En muy buena zona, cerca del centro y a 5 minutos de la estación. Alessadra fue muy atenta y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, es una gran anfitriona.

The place is great. Alessandra met us at the time of check in and showed everything you need to know about the apartment. The facility is new, everything is modern and clean. The bedroom bed and the sofa bed both are super comfortable , enough of extra pillows and blankets. The building where the apartment is located is new and very secured with the greatest view of the old town buildings. The AC worked great during the hottest days we stayed in Bologna (95 F). The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook. Having a washing machine is very convenient if you stay for a week or more as we did. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our friends.

Fantastic host, absolutely lovely, very helpful, easy to communicate with. Property had everything we could need.

The apartment is nicely located a short walking distance from the centre. It is very nicely furnished.

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed to have breakfast and cocktails/antipasti in the room. We liked that it's a a little less than a mile away from the bustle of old town and the university and close to a grocery store and other restaurants. It felt like a less touristy part of town. The host was very welcoming, informative and caring. She was quickly responsive to questions and coming by when needed during our stay.

There's nothing about the apartment that we weren't happy with. There was quite a bit of raucous partying at night that was dampened by closing the windows and doors. Good that there's air-conditioning and heat to keep the apartment comfortable year round.
