Lovely well kept, homely apartment in an excellent position for exploring Bologna.

No issues at all with the property.

Great location and easy to achieve everywhere by walk around 10-15 minutes. The apartment is clean and beautiful. Elevator is available which is very important to travelers with suitcase. Locates on a busy street. Parking lot is near by. Supermarket is at cross street. Alessandra is also very nice and helpful. We loved the apartment.

Great location, very stylish and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and they really did take care of all the details.

Parking - it is a bit misleading that this property is advertising that it has parking when it really doesn’t. Only when you check for “more details” you can see that they are talking about the public parking. According to that logic every apartment in the world could then add a parking as every city has a public garage or a street parking. Also the public parking is 10min walking distance or 15-20 when dragging suitcases. The building is in the city centre so it’s almost impossible to find a place to stop and unload suitcases nearby the building which is not the most convenient when traveling with a family and a lot of luggage.

Great location. Comfortable setting. Good coffee shop right downstairs. Short walk to historical sightseeing in the old city. The apartment owner, Ale, met us at the apartment and gave us a good orientation to the place and the location, along with restaurant recommendations and other tips. Next morning she checked in with us to see if everything was okay, which we really appreciated.

The property is top notch ! We loved the location and comfortability of the accommodation. The place itself is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and sofa-bed with Super nice linens and towels. It has everything you need to feel cozy and feels like a home away from home. The host Alessandra was very friendly and helpful . She greeted us on arrival and provided us with lots of valuable information regarding dining and food options around the area. Would love to come back again and again and would recommend this place to those who love to stay in the city and feel like local .

Very modern and comfortable flat, comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. Easy self check in (we arrived late at night). It was very homely which was nice after spending a whole day walking around. Plenty of nice breakfast places and bars very close by and a supermarket across the road.
