Everything is perfect. The apartment is spotless, has everything I need during my stay, and has smooth wifi. Safety is the primary concern for me; the apartment makes me feel safe enough. Alessandra is very kind. She always texts me to check that everything is ok, and she communicates well. I can reach her anytime. Thank you Alessandra. I will stay in your apartment again when I come to Bologna next time.

Marconi 47 was the best place we stayed at in all of Italy. Our host, Alexandra, was absolutely wonderful. Her communication from beginning to end was beyond anything we've experienced before, always striving to help us any way she could to make our stay nothing less than perfect. She left us the most detailed instructions imaginable, including a layout of all the light switches and user manuals for all the appliances. Understand, this isn't a hotel room or B&B. It's a full-sized, modern, stylish condo. It felt like a friend lent us her place to stay more than it did a business transaction. The amenities were superior to those at most high end hotels. The bed wasn't just comfortable, it was top quality, something you'd buy for yourself. The air conditioning worked great, the water pressure was strong, even the toaster and kettle looked new and unused. The entire place was so clean it felt like we were the first people to use it! The building is centrally located and has 24 hour concierge service. Although it's in the heart of the city, there are metal blinds on the windows that shut out the noise and all the light. Honestly, it was black...we slept so well we had no clue what time it was when we woke up. I can't recommend Marconi 47 highly enough. Alex, we wish you nothing but the best. I would like to add that Bologna is an underrated city. The Tuscan countryside was the most beautiful area we visited but Bologna was our favourite city in all of Italy (we also went to Venice, Florence, Positano and Rome).

We don't have a bad word to say about Marconi 47, it was fantastic.

Loved this apartment - it was in a great location, quiet at the back of the building on a busy main road mid way between the station and the centre. Accessing 24 hours was easy. There was a lift. Alessandra was a fabulous host - there was prosecco on arrival - and although we didn't meet, communication was easy via email. Her restaurant recommendations were fantastic too. The apartment was spotless, very spacious and comfortable, with separate sitting room/kitchen-breakfast room. The bed was huge and comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay - although we didn't cook in the apartment - after all why would you with the food on offer in Bologna?

Marconi 47 Suite is very easy to fine, close to the train station & very secure. It’s also immaculately clean, very well appointed & the owner couldn’t have been more helpful.
