Riad Aloes & Spa

We stayed in Hibiscus room on ground floor . Breakfast was very fresh good local produce and served really well , fruit , yoghurt , bread , jam , spread, cheese .A joy option each day like pancakes etc Also a cake or cookie . Lovely large bath towels .Your room was made up when you had breakfast .Breakfast was 8am-11am . Tea or coffee could be purchased throughout day with biscuits . Mohammad and other staff were all exceptional and made you feel very safe . Riad was so beautifully quiet . Pool was freezing but we dipped anyway . Right in centre of medina , fabulous location .we had the set dinner and this was great and good price . We also had a Hammam which was amazing . Great Riad would recommend and use again .

We would have loved a kettle or access to one . This Riad does not serve alcohol . Great if plunge pool was heated ! Otherwise everything was fabulous .

Le riad était l endroit parfait pour se détendre dans le tumulte de Marrakech. La fraîcheur, le personnel souriant, disponible et tres accueillant. Le petit dejeuner en toit terasse tres bon et copieux pour commencer la journee. Je recommande fortement. Merci.,

Tout était parfait

Ubicación muy céntrica a pocos minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el Fna y de los zocos. Muy limpio y silencioso, a pesar de estar tan céntrico. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable, Mohamed y el resto de personal estuvieron muy atentos durante nuestra estancia. Pasamos una noche en el desierto y nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta salir hacia el aeropuerto, lo que agradecimos mucho. Muy recomendable el hammam y el masaje.

Únicamente recomendar contratar el transfer desde el aeropuerto hasta el Riad ya que el taxi no puede pasar por las calles tan estrechas y el transfer que contratas con ellos te acompañan y te acercan las maletas hasta la misma puerta.

Riad is a paradise in the heart of busy and noisy Marrakesh. When you enter it you immediately find yourself in the fairytale. All of it was excellent: welcome tea with delicious biscuits, beautifully decorated rooms, amazing plants in the lobby, exotic aroma within the riad, very pleasant breakfast, kindness of both Mohameds

Muy bien situado alejado del ruido del zouk pero aún así en el Medio del zouk. El personal muy amable. Desayuno copioso y muy bueno.

Un detalle a considerar que es una nimiedad es que las botellas de shampoo y de gel de ducha son de vidrio. Podrían reemplazarlas por otro método para evitar que si resbalan no se quiebren. Pero es lo único que cambiaría

El personal es muy agradable y atento, realmente encantadores. La ubicación también es muy buena y todo muy limpio. Destacaría el desayuno porque es increíble, súper completo y todo buenísimo.
