Riad Aloes & Spa

De Riad lag op een zeer gunstige locatie midden in de medina, maar ver genoeg van alle geluiden. Mohammed was een erg goede host. Hij regelde alles wat je vroeg. Mooie kamer in marrokaanse stijl.

Kamer lag op de begane grond, was daardoor best wel gehorig.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre, l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, notamment Mohamed, présent matin et soir, toujours avec la même bonne humeur et une réelle bienveillance.

Rien qui ne soit lié à l’établissement en lui-même.

Das Frühstück war ok, etwas mehr Abwechslung und mehr Herzhaftes, z.B.Kaese und Gemüse, wäre schön gewesen :)

The Riad Aloes is your classic perfect Marrakech Riad! Excellent hospitality & expansive breakfast laid out each morning, and only one side street over so very few 49cc mopeds cruising by at night.

The overhead ceiling fan in the Jasmine room had a clicking noise so we just used the air conditioning fan instead - that’s all!

Exceeded my expectations, very pleased everything including breakfast. Went over and above. Thank you and will defo return.

The friendliness and helpfulness of Muhammad the night manager and the 2 ladies who prepared our breakfast and cleaned our rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room was serviced every day.

The roof terrace is very shabby, lacklustre and in desperate need of refreshment. The city views are underwhelming and consist of other rooftops, unfortunately one of them containing the neighbourhood sex pest. Every time I sat in the sunshine to read/relax, he was leering over and gesturing/beckoning to me. I had to take shelter behind a wall, where he was unable to see me, but it was extremely disconcerting. Breakfast is included and although plentiful, it is very uninspired and repetitive.
