Very friendly and helpful host! Lovely atmosphere and very nicely decorated apartment! Beautiful view from living room to huge Oak tree. Quiet house, quiet area while also close to shops and restaurants. Very much recommended, especially for families and couples.

Kitchen cupboards and dishes needed a proper clean. Shower curtain needs replacement.

Excellent location, close and easy to get into Leeds City Centre. The area around the apartment is also great for supermarkets, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Responsive Host Heating worked well Nice hot shower (mixer tap, but worked fine) Great value in the area for a 2 bedroom property with parking.. Nice to have access to laundry facilities onsite. Could park 2 cars Infront or behind property.

If you're using this place as a base for work or for exploring the area and you're out and about, this would be great and good value for money. It's an old house and there is a lot of noise from other guests/residents. The bed in main bedroom is comfy the 2nd room not so much, has noisy springs.

Great location , quiet , many shops around and restaurants all within reach

It’s just not that easy to get to by sat nav for the first time .

Very small and tight beds Lifting suitecases to the first floor was difficult without lift Some bedsheets and duvet sets need replacing Old style of tap in the bathroom with hot water separate from the cold! No microwave though I requested it before my stay No washing machine in the flat and you have to pay for the one available and us shared by tenants of other flats.
