Bright & Spacious 3 BD in the Centre of Bourton!

Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the town

The mattresses on both beds were poor quality

The accomodation inside was as expected, very clean comfortable, & in a great location. My only disappointment was that there were trades people on the property working to transform the garage into a small apartment, which we were not advised of. Due to this it was noisy, gave us no privacy, no room in the driveway, and il legal street parking during the day. It would have been nice to utilies the back garden due to beautiful sunny days, but the tradies were present, power tools, & debris.

The location was great. The house was modern and the bed was very comfortable.

On arrival there was a skip in the driveway full of rubbish which I would not have expected. The property was open and the floors were dirty. There was a muddy hand print on the fridge and a half used milk in the fridge. There were no tea towels and only 1 toilet roll for 2 toilets. This was very disappointing as we had paid a lot of money for the cottage and I would have expected better.

Excellent location - easy parking, easy and flat walking distance into Bourton.

We consider the pull cord in the bathroom is electrically unsafe, as it is hanging very loosely from the ceiling. The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work, although the one in the upstairs ensuite did.

Excellent location and really handy to have a parking space for my car. Really quiet street with a short walk into town. It looks as though the property has recently been renovated, the kitchen area is beautiful. Nice size living room and the sofas were really comfy. Property was very clean.

Mattress in the downstairs bedroom had a few springs poking through and was quite uncomfortable. A few decorating finishing works needed in some areas to complete the recent renovation works. No handrail at the top of the stairs so when the balustrade stops there is nothing to hold onto.

Location was extremely convenient for town centre. Beautiful setting for Christmas. Quaint shops and friendly locals.

The location was excellent. A very short walk into Bourton. Showers were good and the house was spacious for 3 of us. The kitchen oven looked brand new. The house was warm.

The mattresses were poor - either rock hard or too soft. No middle ground. We managed for three nights. Ground floor bedroom was great, but needed a walk in shower in the bathroom, for anyone with mobility issues, not a high-sided bath. Upstairs bedrooms didn’t have hanging space other than a rail on the landing. Upstairs en-suite bathroom sink was impractical. The mirrored cabinet made using the sink difficult. Living room was too dark with no side tables/ lamps. Kitchen had missing essentials like oven-gloves. Nespresso machine had no pods which was disappointing. Garden was untidy and uninviting, especially if visiting in summer.
