Bright & Spacious 3 BD in the Centre of Bourton!

The location on a quiet street very close to the center, the house layout is very airy, the quality of the furniture and of all the objects and decorations in the house, high level of comfort

Wonderful quiet street within easy and quick walking distance to the centre of the village. Plenty of room to move in the house. Fabulous looking small rear garden & seating area but we didn’t use. Fantastic to have own (free) parking spot. Plenty of choices for eating in village but we used the kitchen most nights which is a huge money saver when holidaying.

Poor shower pressure. Carpets very grubby, but I do understand that they must be incredibly difficult to keep clean with different people coming and going. Bath tub looking old with rust around outer edge.

Loved how close to the centre of Bourton it was. Nice sized property for the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped.

The bathroom let it down. It is in desperate need of an upgrade. Rust/staining to the outer shower screen/bath. No bath mat and no grab rail, so using the bath/shower was actually in my opinion, dangerous. We had to use the only hand towel given as a bath mat. It was 6 days after we returned home before the deposit was released. The garden was poorly maintained and the exterior bins overflowing.

Proximity to town was excellent and the property generally had very good modern facilities. The host was easy to contact when required.

One bed had spring sticking up - (front bedroom) Bathroom in need of update with rust at one end of bath surround. Not what one would expect at this price range. Driveway and garden rather untidy. Lock box too low down, making number selection difficult - (especially at our ages.)

Great location, clean, perfectly represented by the pictures and description. Absolutely wonderful place to be based in the Cotswolds for a relatively reasonable price. Very comfortable.

The location was excellent

The front & rear garden needed attention. Not a great first impression. On arrival the bungalow smelt very stale. The bungalow needed high dusting as a lot of cob webs. The bathroom needed a new bath panel / shower screen rusty.
