Location was perfect and apartment was just right for the group

The location was perfect and on-street parking right outside the property was a bonus

There was paint flaking off the walls in the bedroom. The main light in one of the bedrooms didn't work and there were no bulbs in any of the side lights.

Faltavam coisas, sabiam que éramos 5 pessoas e não havia talher para todos, toalha de mesa nem condições para se fazer uma refeição devidamente. Mais grave ainda foi terem-me cobrado o dinheiro do depósito de garantia indevidamente pois o apartamento ficou em plenas condições. Disseram que foi erro e que iam devolver mas, passadas 2 semanas, ainda não recebi o dinheiro!

Great location close to the city centre, reasonable for a short stay

The lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, neither did the lamp so had to use phone torches, paint was peeling off walls and there was holes in the bed linen Bit strange to get the keys from a shop too, not something we have done before.

Proximity to the Principality Stadium.

The exterior of the building was unkempt and dirty with rubbish around the bins. Stairs very narrow and steep with short flight un railed. Floors through the flat were unlevel in several directions. Inadequate curtains on front sitting room which doubles as a bedroom. Floors dirty, shower tray dirty. No toilet paper (empty roll centres in bathroom bin). Plates and glasses supplied but only one cup! Floor washing bucket and mop left in the kitchen. only functioning light in one bedroom was bedside lamp, in the other no bulb in bedside lamp.

Great location and very comfortable, this was perfect for a group of friends to stay while we were in Cardiff to see a gig. Had everything we needed!

I think the cleaning team missed a bit in the lounge as there were crumbs and stains on a rug when we arrived, but it was not a problem and we only got in touch to state the stains weren't us! Everything else was great.
