It is quiet.

bathroom: needs a longer shower curtain to the floor to prevent water from the shower from reaching the toilet area. Need better towels. There are no hand and face towels. I have noticed that the sink faucet was painted black, and it is peeling. Not enough toilet paper. Kitchen: It needs a paper towel supply

Deceiving, based on the ads it is 50 meters away from sm moa but no it is far away

Facility clean

Really bad strong smell. From the air freshener. Make me sick the whole time that I stayed.

Clean space. Well decorated. It was easy to access.

There was no aircon inside the actual bedroom. Only a fan. If I had stayed here longer than 2 days I would have suffered. There is aircon in the living room but not inside the actual room - very odd decision.

The place was clean, walking distance to the mall, the owner was very responsive to our needs, the wifi worked really well.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, close to mall of asia, room was clean, enough for two people, bed was comfortable

Hard to give directions to taxi driver, lobby staff acted as if they were bothered to help, waited hour and half to check in because I was not in their list of guests, had to call the host, if I didn't have internet on my phone it would have been a terrible night, luckily everything worked out after a long wait
