Everything steps would be issue if not fit and healthy though good workout

Clean, cozy and The best View to see the whole Como and the best places. By the location also, in the middle of everything. Planning to book the same property the next time we plan to come

Good location and lovely view from balcony. Apartment was clean and there was everything you need for daily. Air conditioner was necessary cos outside were over 30 degrees.

The Location is excellent, the people super helpful and nice and we had everything that we could need! The 5 floors are absolutely not that bad as people write and honestly with that view, you forget it instantly! The flat is super new and clean. Is super easy to find the apartment and get the keys but they employees give you a lot of information to arrive without problem, just in case.

Its an excellent location in the historic centre, with a balcony view just like the pictures from which you could see the church, the beautiful mountains and some part of the lake. It was super clean and all new inside the apartment.

While I stayed at the apartment, there was terrible winds the entire 7 days of my stay. Sadly there was a loud banging on the roof when the wind was blowing. The sound was so terribly loud that it kept me most of the nights awake. It was not what I was expecting to experience there. I have already told the host that this needs to be fixed. I presume that in the summer it won't be as such with the excellent weather that Como provides. I hope this was just an unfortunate incident. The apartment does not have an actual bed. If you are having issues with your back, you need to consider that.

Fantastic position and views. Extra clean and well equipped. Good living space and bathroom . Nice to have the balcony. Comfortable and very private. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Needs a book of instructions on arrival. Things like where the bedding is and where the waste/rubbish goes. Not enough sockets as you need to move the microwave or toaster - to the one available socket near the cooker. Recommendations of local restaurants, cafes and what is available locally for tourists would be good.
