Lovely area & view of city & mountains.

Only two issues. The studio only has a few plug sockets so having to move the microwave around to the closest socket to use it was difficult and frustrating as we didn’t want to accidentally damage anything. The handle on the door was so bad and literally kept coming out with the most gentlest pull to close the door, was such an inconvenience as I had to fix it every time we left, it would often delay us or worry my partner that someone could possibly enter while we were gone.

Building location in the center of Como is great but the apartment is up five long flights of stairs with no elevator. Forget trying to carry up suitcases, good if you only have backpacks. The view off the balcony is lovely. Large bathroom and good kitchen facilities.

There is no bed. The "couch" that serves as a bed is neither large enough, nor has the cushioning, to be considered a bed, much less for 2 people. We thought, when booking, that the couch was a pull out bed but that is not the case. Couch is rock hard and it was a horrible night.

Location was good. Comfortable and cosy. Nice view at balcony. Had all the amenities, stove, fridge etc

Had to climb 5 stories, steep stairs with heavy luggage. At night when windy, the roof tiles made loud banging noises. The toilet window was not fully covered from some angles.

Great location & views (although lake view is a slither of lake but still a lake view!!) Spotlessly clean

Not a dislike but there are 98 steps up to the apartment so not for the faint hearted

Great location, in the centre of Como, all the bars, shops are nearby, and the lake only few minutes away. The terrace with a great view to the mountains and the rooftops. Apartment has everything you need.
