17A Stella house nr Bath

The house was beautifully presented, very clean and had lots of lovely touches to make our stay a fab one. The house was lovely and warm on arrival and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was well situated for our weekend visit to Longleat.

Nothing we didn’t like! My only suggestion would be the addition of a slow cooker to the lovely large kitchen, especially in the winter months. But we brought our own so it was no problem at all :)

The size of the accommodation was good for 6 of us. It was very warm and cosy. Central for what we needed to do. Decor was tasteful and modern. Although a few negatives we did have a great stay.

On arrival it was not clean or beds made. I was only informed the cleaner had let them down once I had messaged to say we were running a bit late. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and rubbish in the bins. Someone arrived after we got there but I feel it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There were not enough towels for us all and found cigarette butts on the floor outside in the back garden. Some of bathrooms had no toilet paper. Great to have a washing machine but no airer to hang it up to dry. Couldn't see any outdoor rubbish bins and with 6 of us the inside bin quickly filled up. Could have done with more mugs and glasses as there were only 5 and instructions for the appliances would have been helpfull too.

Size was perfect for us all and it was in a quiet location close to everywhere we wanted. Communication with hosts was great to. Would highly recommend.

The property was light, well appointed and warm. The rooms were all good sizes with comfy beds.

The house was exactly as in the photos. The beds were so comfortable, with a spacious kitchen/ diner. The owners were extremely helpful and very accommodating. Lovely views from the back bedroom window. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house again. Many thanks 😊

Although the kitchen is well equipped, when using the oven and grill, we couldn't find a roasting.dish, grill pan or baking sheets.....lighting in the lounge quite harsh, which made the lounge feel cold, rather than feeling cosy....other than that the house is perfect :-)

What a lovely comfy modern home. Clear and well kept.

There is a steep drive with no hand rails to get up to the front from the road.

We had a fantastic stay here. We absolutely loved it. It was clean and tidy. It was spacious, the bedrooms were gorgeous and comfy. We were blown away by how good it was. Thank you for letting us stay here.
