Lots of bathrooms, mostly ensuite. Lovely big kitchen. Parking for 2 cars. Shoe rack Carpeted stairs Easy access.

Lack of information in the house No instructions for the oven or heating system Oven possibly included a microwave but it wasn't clear Small chest of drawers in bedrooms needed

Beautiful high spec house - very spacious - great to have en-suites with 3 of the bedrooms Great communication from host.

WiFi was a bit slow so TV buffers a lot - we didn’t watch it a lot so that was fine!

The property was very large (4 double bedrooms, three with en suites) and it was immaculately clean!

The location is ideal for a base to explore Bath or Bristol, however the house is located down a lane that also contains garages, industrial units, and gyms.

Lovely spacious property. Spotless.

A few more items in the kitchen — baking sheets. Bread knife. Maybe some place mats to protect your table but these are minor suggestions.

Everything! Beautiful house! Comfortably! Very clean! Warm recommended ! Enjoyed every minute ! Some recommendations : a coffeemaker would be handy and a manual for recycling litter for non UK residents :)

"Lovely stay at 17A"

This is a stunning house. My 17 year old granddaughter loved her bedroom and bathroom in the eaves. It's such a spacious property and in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the bottle of wine too. Much appreciated.

We couldn't get either TV to work (and all four of us staying there attempted to!) but we weren't bothered as we still had a great break. Wasn't a problem.

"Great house to stay in with friends or family"

Very clean and spacious, comfortable furnishings, a bathroom for every bedroom, parking for two cars, very close to amenities and bus stops to Bath, Wells and Bristol.

No washing line or airer- a bit picky I know but a washing machine is provided. We were lucky to have great weather so some outdoor seating would have been appreciated.
