Beautiful central town apartment, which retains many of its original features but with modern styling. It is clean and comfortable and tea, coffee and milk were provided, with the added touch of a much appreciated bar of Dairy Milk waiting for us. Basic crockery is provided along with wine glasses. There is also an iron and ironing board and hairdryer and there were several chargers in the drawer. The bathroom is modern, but there are a few steps up to the toilet, and the apartment is on the first floor with no lift, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility problems. We had a lovely stay and Gary the owner, was happy to answer a number of our queries.

Great location, clean, quiet, comfort, attentive

Very clean, the facilities were great and excellent location.

Really well located for our needs (near train station and Piece Hall). Nicely furnished with everything you might need (fridge, kettle etc). Very comfortable bed! Nearly no noise from the street below (just some from the other apartment in the same building). Great communication from the owner - good clear instruction on how to access the property which was much appreciated. The room itself was gorgeous and quirky and an insight into the building's previous life. Ideal place to stay if you're going to a concert at the Piece Hall as we were, and should we be back in the area we wouldn't hesitate to book again. We ate at Ricci's and can also highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment very clean and the location was good

You could park outside the apartment but only for 2 hours and the municipal carparks are few and far between.

The trim on the last step to the toilet could be redone. As a clumsy person I tripped up

The actual room, once I got in, was nice.

The auto light in the bathroom was annoying for sleeping as stays on for ages after bathroom has been used. The area around the property felt a bit run down.
