Good location in front of the ferry station

You have to take your luggage out of the house when chavking out. There is a locker in the station but only works with 100Y coins

101 is a concrete bunker. Rear patio but always dark. The cleaning bill is expensive.

The room has been converted from a home on the island that is a 1 minute walk from the mail ferry terminal. The hosts were great communicators and they assured that all needed documents were completed before our stay and the house entry codes were sent promptly the morning of our arrival. The room was clean and easily would have slept 6 people, and more if some were willing to sleep on the floor. We didn't use it but there was a kitchen that had cook ware. I don't recall seeing any spices, sugar or salt. The property also has a private back area with a simple garden with Japanese gardens. The island of Miyajima is wonderful with very kind, and at times pushy, deer. The iconic tori gate was a 10-15 minute walk. There were many kind shop keepers for meals. Oysters are famous in this area any these can be ordered via the vendors in the village. The island gets pretty quite after 6pm with all the day visitors having left and most restaurants close between 5 to 7:30p. My family wished we had more time on the island and we would have been very comfortable to stay at this location.

Layout of apartment isn't great, sofa beds not very comfy, emergency exit signs in the lounge (where all of the beds are) are very bright
