b hotel Kaniwasou 101 1BR good for 10PPL in the scenic Island of Miyajima

Location is good except if you have to leave the house to catch a 5:45am to 6:45am ferry, it's pitch black outside on the street with no street lights, must bring a touch light or use your phone flash light. The Unit is 5-8 minutes walk from the ferry station. We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights in the facility and very clean. Close to Lawson to get drinks and food. The #101 unit we stayed in is good enough for a family of 6. Two Queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 Double pull out sofa bed. Super quiet unit. The host sent all information on check in morning 9:00 am with instructions of the front door code and unit door code as promised. Will recommend to traveler especially travelers who likes super clean units with good size fridge and kitchen utensils. Good supply of towels and Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, bath gel. NOTE: They do have a unit cleaning charge of 10,000-Yen on top of total unit cost. Even with the cleaning charge, is good value for money. Miyajima is a beautiful place to visit with great historical value.

I wish they have told me where the heating unit switch is beforehand. But we finally found it. Other than this, everything is wonderful.

Space, comfort and location very close to the Miyajima Ferry

There was no bed lamp in the bedroom and there was only one main light switch in such a large area.

Everything- the premises are great, the territory, kitchen facilities, garden, aircon - everything's top!

Location is great. Less than a block away from ferry. Spacious main room. Comfortable beds and comfortable bedding. Fold out couches are platform mattresses, so comfortable as well. Lots of towels provided. Combo washer/dryer w/ detergent provided. Two toilets, each in their own separate closets - separate from the shower and the main sink makes it convenient for groups. Water pressure and temp all good. A/C worked well (have to point controller by unit near door to get it to work).

The sleeping area is just large enough for the two queen beds with a space between. Space against the wall is narrow, so awkward to get in and out of bed on that side. Also, need to keep doors of sleeping area open so it cools off. Limited restaurants open for dinner on the island.

The rooms, facilities and location were excellent.

I didn't understand that there were 2 levels of security - an outside door that required a code and an inside lockbox to get the key. This could be improved by describing both levels of security in the same area of the instructions.

Everything was simply perfect. Beautiful, clean, spacious and perfectly located.

Literally nothing.
