Great location, very clean and spacious property, and an incredibly kind and welcoming host. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und bemüht sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste. In der Wohnung haben uns Obst, Wein und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten erwartet, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft ist bequem, sehr sauber und liegt in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür – ein großer Vorteil, da in der Umgebung Parkplätze kaum zu finden sind. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen und behalten unseren Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung.

Cazarea foarte aprope de plaja si de centrul statiunii. Apartamentul mare, curat si are tot ce ai nevoie. Proprietara este de nota 10 si ne-a ajutat cu informatii oricand am avut nevoie. Ce am apreciat a fost pachetul de bun venit care conținea bautura si fructe si mi s-a parut un gest foarte dragut. Langa cazare este si un restaurant cu mancate foarte buna si preturi decente. O sa revenim si cu urmatoarea ocazie

We booked one hour before our arrival but the owner still prepared everything in time. It was a pleasure to meet her, she’s very kind and helpful. Location is top, few hundred meters from the beach but still quite. I would recommend to anyone.

Понравилось все. Большая, чистая квартира. Терасса 👍👍 На кухне 3 кофемашины разного вида!! Эфи прекрасная хозяйка! Отдыхали семьей, все очень довольны. Будем рады вернуться сюда еще раз!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment is an excellent choice if you're planning to stay in Nea Kallikratia. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, markets, and everything else you might need. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Efi is a fantastic host—extremely helpful and always available for any questions or needs. We had no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was excellent! Efi is a very nice hostess, she took care of all our needs. She even prepared a cold vine and fruits for us. Apartment is spacious and very clean. We spent very time there.
