Stunning Sails on Point G405

The place was leaking water found on the toilet floor as we entered. Crockroages. The boom gate remote was not working.

The area is nice and safe.

The apartment had cockriaches even in the bedrooms, the basin taps were not working and the security guards at that place act like they own the place,just bullys the guests as they want. We informed the booking agents of all these and were told the manager would come and he never came until we left. For such a nice place, they need to do betteer

I would not recommend this place to anyone even for free it's a waste of time. The money I paid was a total waste. Showers barely work, aircons are just for show. The baby cockroaches are all over the bedroom and lounges. The couches had old food in-between the cushions. This apartment is a joke.

Great location.

Location was great but the place is poorly maintained. From broken aircon, to old malfunctioning fridge, to be met with a welcoming parting of cockroaches.

Security Convenient

The host was never available on the phone. Taps don’t work, no aircon remote, only one toilet paper we got on arrival.

Self-catering.

The place needs pest control every now and then. Too many cockroaches unfortunately.
