The place and the staff, both is perfect. So is the food and the room with the best view. We really enjoyed our stay there and can really recommend it! they gave us also many good recommendations what to do in that region

Pu Luong May Home & Cafe was an incredible experience! Tôm went above and beyond as a host, taking care of every detail—from arranging our airport pickup to organising a full-day local tour, even including a relaxing massage, and ensuring smooth transport to our next destination. The food was outstanding, and the included breakfasts were a favourite with our kids. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted stunning views. Highly recommend for a well-organised, relaxing getaway!

We booked the 10 bed dorm, but the amazingly kind host upgraded us to a private room for no extra charge. The room was really lovely with an amazing view. The food was delicious and the host was amazing at recommending stuff for us to do and bike routes. This is a must stay in this place.

Tom, the owner, is amazing. Also his staff. The view is spectacular. The food is really nice. Tom helped to arrange trip in the area and guided us in the area.

The mattress is comfortable for one person, with a privacy curtain. Breakfast features traditional Vietnamese dishes with options like soup, rice, or noodles, along with coffee. I particularly love the coffee here, it's strong and very Asian.

Everything served is fresh, and we really enjoyed it along with the view. The coffee area, in particular, has a spectacular and picturesque view overlooking the rice fields. The weather is lovely and cool, making me feel like I'm immersed in an '80s movie.

The dorm room is suitable for a backpacker like me, as I mainly spend my time exploring and sightseeing here. However, the room is spacious and clean, the staff are very friendly, and the host provided me with great recommendations for beautiful places nearby.

I came to Vietnam mainly to explore the less touristy rural areas, and this accommodation really met my needs. It’s as beautiful as a fairytale, nestled between mountains and rice terraces. Although I only stayed for one night, it left a lasting impression on me.

I am shocked I even have to write this review. Tom, the owner? Or manager? He decided on my second night to enter the dormitory where I was sleeping (there were no other guests this night so I was alone) and tell me in these exact words ‘I am attracted to you and drunk, can I sleep with you?’ I was so shocked I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I told him firmly no, and to leave the room immediately because I felt uncomfortable. The whole night I couldn’t sleep and kept waking up with every little sound thinking he would come to the room again. I was scared and felt extremely unsafe. I would have packed and left that night, but it was late and I had nowhere else to go. The next morning, when he saw me, he had the NERVE to casually ask me if I still wanted to go on the motorbike tour today. I was in disbelief as clearly he thought he did nothing wrong and was so casual about it. This is extremely concerning. He only apologised after I started yelling at him and telling him how inappropriate his actions are. Safe to say, no , I did not go on the motorbike tour, i had my things already packed ready to get on the first bus out of there. I am a guest, I am expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. It absolutely shocks me to the core that he thought this would be acceptable. To go into a guests room uninvited, and ask to sleep with me????!! As a solo female traveler of 6 years, never has this happened to me. I only hope this review will caution other females staying there. Beware!!!! Also, being ‘drunk’ is not an excuse. You are the manager/owner of a business. Do better. EDIT: I wrote another review about the situation on Google. Where the owner replied with complete LIES, and trying to make out like I was some sort of bad guest? I asked for nothing when I was there, I minded my own business. I did not ask to cancel anything UNTIL he came into my room. At no point did I ask to cancel the booking because of bad weather?
