Home is nice, food is good.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Everything was superb but what left the deepest impression was the compassionate and kind heart of Tom. Tom and his wife Lisa are such caring, thoughtful and dedicated people who do their best for you. The staff are joyful, hardworking and enthusiastic, a highlight of my stay was sitting with them laughing as they learnt English with me. Meeting the people here, especially with Tom, felt like a reunion between old friends rather than meeting for the first time. I extended my original 2 nights for an additional 2 nights and I wish I could have stayed longer, were it not for my visa. Tom speaks very good English and he accompanied me on my walk as he was keen to scout out new routes for further guests, he even very kindly covered my lunch costs. He was happy to inform me about the local area and life in Vietnam as a whole and I learnt a lot from him. The area is super beautiful and the rice fields some of the best I’ve seen in South East Asia. Great for walking and relaxing - this place was everything I needed and more. Fantastic views and a little out of the village so much more peaceful and not so effected by the dust and heat in the village. The food and drink was delicious. Hands down, I had the best pineapple juice of my life, made with pineapple, coconut, apple and local herb - it was amazing! The atmosphere is lovely, beautiful lighting, seating and a fire pit area. The decorations have been thoughtfully considered and the bedding and and cushions are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. Tom leads from his heart and that is evident in all that he does. I was sad to leave and I hope to someday return!

This is a perfect and beautiful place to stay and relax. The staff and owner are incredibly nice and helped me so much in a difficult situation. The food was the best and our room was a luxury. Thank you soooo much for caring and made my stay a very beautiful one!!!

Everything was absolutely fantastic - owner, place, food, amazing view from balcony. Even if you just take some drink (they are all really taste) and have a seat on the terrace it will be very good, because views are absolutely amazing. Host is a really nice and a very kind man, he helped us with everything that we asked him (and even more :)). Highly recommend this place to visit and stay, we will do everything for come back here again!

Wonderful place, all wodden with small lights everywhere. The views over the rice fields were impeccable. Breakfast was very good, i could choose from omelett, Pho, fried rice or fried noodles. Recommend!

staff was very helpful, friendly and in for a chat. very caring people who want to try to give you the best experience possible. and what a beautiful location !

The owner lisa is super nice, the rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and the view is unique and so perfect you won't find it anywhere else in Pu Loung. There is also a coffee shop with super delicious hot chocolate! Drinking water is free for refilling.
