It was fine situated where we wanted the room had all we needed for a short overnight stay .

Se ve todo viejo y descuidado. La habitación no estaba hecha cuando llegamos. Todo está muy sucio. Lo cual es una pena porque podría ser un alojamiento excepcional. El precio es muy excesivo

I liked the idea of the private room. The shower was easy to use. The bedroom was spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but it's attached to the room, so you don't have to share it with other people. The bed was very comfortable and there's a little desk that the host kept some coffee and tea on. There's a hairdryer and a wardrobe.

The window wouldn't stay open on its own. We had to use a kettle to keep the window open. The heater makes the room too hot for summertime. There's no fan or ac for circulation, so it's just still air, especially if there's no breeze outside. I didn't realize it was an apartment with other units, so the kitchen and living room are all shared. Not usually my forte, so if you're going with family, just know there are other tenants.

Localisation parfaite, tranquillité, eau et boissons gazeuses gratuites, accès à la cuisine, petit frigo.

Propreté, difficulté à faire fonctionner le chauffe-eau qui fermait à tout moment. Il pourrait y avoir un feuillet d'explication pour le fonctionnement du chauffe-eau. Ne pas être informé des 66 marches à monter lors de la location de la chambre.

Questa struttura è imbarazzante, non dovrebbe neppure essere annunciata su Booking, è una vergogna. Dal ragno che ci siamo trovati camminando sul letto al tetto del bagno aperto che si vedeva la strada sopra. Polvere ovunque, tende luride. Capitolo a parte merita il materasso sprofondato che è una vergogna affittare una casa in queste condizioni. A causa di questo letto abbiamo avuto mal di testa e dolori muscolari per tutto il viaggio, impossibile dormire e riposare. Veramente una vergogna e uno schifo essere trattati in questo modo pagando anche profumatamente. Aggiungo che non c’è un ascensore e bisogna salire 3 rampe di scale ripide a piedi in un palazzo fatiscente stile Traunspotting, con puzze, pareti scalcinate e orrori vari. In più non puoi lavarti nemmeno la faccia perché hanno deciso furbamente di mettere un mobile sopra il lavandino (allego foto). La proprietaria/proprietario è inesistente, impossibile comunicare. Mi hanno rovinato parte della vacanza, non sono mai stata così male e così infelice in un posto. NON ANDATE IN QUESTO POSTO - consiglio spassionato

De locatie is echt geweldig

Het is heel studentikoos. Het is een aantal trappen op. Een slecht bed met veren in het matras die je goed voelt. En alles is karig; van inrichting tot schoonheid.

Location relative to Edinburgh Castle was excellent, good for concerts at the castle. Stayed with a friend. Good for those travelling with a partner/friend

Difficult to find the entrance, could be loud. Facilities were basic but sufficient for one night and good for the price.
