It's proximity to old town and seat of Arthur. It's in a quite neighborhood but not far from everything which is perfect.

The bathroom built could be better.

The house was really nice and clean. They even left us some chocolate. :)

The location is a bit far. You need to take the bus to go anywhere. The bus station was 5 mins away though. The heating was a bit tricky. It was closing itself at one point so the house wasn't that warm. We contacted to property they said they would change the settings and I think it kinda worked.
