Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal Politeama, nei pressi della nuova fermata della metro/treno Lolli. Appartamento ampio e comodo, con check-in automatico e veloce, con un buon rapporti qualità/prezzo. Staff gentile e super disponibile.

The flat was big and not too bad from the center

During my stay, the flat fell short on several points. The kitchen counter was filthy with grease stains and even attracted ants. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we found a man’s item left behind. There was sand on the sofa and living room table, and the bedroom bed sheets were wrinkled, suggesting they had not been changed. The staff were inefficient: check-in took a long time, and the receptionist could not provide clear parking directions, causing us to miss a stated benefit of the property. Finally, the place has poor sound insulation, and street noise woke us very early each morning.

Great location. Spacious, clean. It was perfect for our stay in Palermo. Some nice eclectic restaurants nearby too!

+ Central location, with most attractions in walking distance & a store around the corner + Large enough for a large family or multiple couples - tough to find similar-sized apartments in Palermo + Not too noisy given its central location

- Even though the digitized check-in process is a good idea in principle, it is cumbersome in its application. For 6 people, you end up uploading 18 pictures. And all-in, you get around 12-15 emails prior to your stay (everything is duplicated through the check-in app and through Booking). Its soo much, you end up missing the important bits - no wonder I missed how to actually get into the apartment in the deluge of emails.

Couldn't make coffee! Attempted to make espresso, but the induction stove top would not recognize the pot!
