Good location, in the center of the city, but quiet place. Very specious apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

Online check-in took too long and was too complicated. We didn't manage to open front door using given link and app, it didn't work, we had to ask people coming in to let us in the building. Luckily, later we got a code for entering the building. We would feel safer having real keys. Apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, however a bit dark. At first we got some problems with wifi, but we maneged to fix it quickly. The bathroom looks a bit outdated, there was no shampoo or shower gel given, only liquid soap. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own food, however no bin to throw your waste.

The Internet was not working for the 3 days we stayed (the owner said that would be fixed by the next day) and also the TVs had no signal. The flat was not very clean and you could see layers of dust and hair under the beds. The flat windows are old and do not have noise isolation, thus at night you can not sleep from the street noise and clubs music. There was a socket with no cover, thus you could accidentally touch the electricity wires....Not recommended for families with kids!

Clean throughout. some essentials foods were available. Plenty of space and beds.

Really not happy at having to visit the toilet by going through someone else’s bedroom- this was not clear when we booked.

The apartment is really spacious with full kitchen equipment and locate at the heart of Palermo

Consider there is 7 beds with only one bathroom definitely not enough.the mattress is low quality you can feel the spring while you sleep on it. The smart key doesn’t work appropriately

I found the Digital key entrance a bit cumbersome. I understand using it for the initial entry but would’ve liked an actual key. I guess I am old fashioned.

Giuseppe, the owner, is an excellent host! He met us at the property and guided us through everything in the flat. He gave us good suggestion to enjoy the evening around the city centre. He was one text away for any doubts even before the day of the check-in. Flat is well equipped with everything needed and in a central location, not far away from Teatro Massimo. I definitely recommend the place!

At night and early morning, noise could be heard from outside in the street.Although not the owner’s fault but a double glazing windows would help. Other than that! All perfect.
